We need a shift in the way we think about Equality and we want to see true equality in all organisations. In order to ensure people understand and commit to Equality, Equality standards are vital. It is our mission to create Equality standards that are rigorous and form the basis of service delivery.

Our beliefs therefore are basic; we need to develop new ways of working, apply different processes and practices and change attitudes and behaviours, which will bring about the necessary change. The change we create will lead to economic benefits through participation, which in turn will also increase self worth, self-esteem and confidence this will be through using the talent of all individuals.

Our belief is that everyone has something to offer; Equality and Human Rights is really important to our everyday lives, what people need to do is put themselves into another’s shoes to feel and experience what it is like when inequality is experienced’

Our values also hold firm; we are committed to putting back some of what we learn in the work we do. It is with this in mind that we invite and support disadvantaged people and hard to reach categorised individuals to take part in our programmes giving back to the community.
